bf issues PLS HELP

i’m 17 and my bf is 18. i posted this in another group but left a few things out. so to start off, i have really bad trust issues from the past and i’m very self conscious about myself. i don’t think my boyfriend really understands any of it and i’ve tried to talk to him about it all and he just seems uninterested and it’s really hard. we had an argument about it a few weeks ago and he was mad at me because “i’m too sad”. idk how to change that because i just haven’t felt like myself recently and he knows that. i told him it’s not because of him or anything. well, now i am sad because of him. he told me the other day that i should look more like sarah cameron from the show outer banks and i got upset when he said it but he told me it was a joke. the next day he came over and his lock screen was a picture of her. (used to be me) then today over facetime he told me that he’s gonna start taking me to the gym with him so that i can get a bigger butt “like sommer ray”. so i asked “why do you always want me to look like someone else” and he said he was kidding and hasn’t talked to me since. idk how to feel. he knows i don’t really like the way i look and that’s pretty much the only reason i was sad before but now it’s because of this. idk what to do..
