Help please freaking out

So just now i wiped after feeling some discharge come out and there was blood alomg with the discharge only it wasnt my usual type of blood most was light pink but then there was little dots of like a dark purple redish colour....i have never bled between periods and never had a period come early.....im 10dpo today so as you can imagine very freaked out....my cycles are usually 31 days and comes on the 5th bang on every month....what is happening its very light so i put a pad on to keep an eye on it
