First time trying anal?

Hey ladies, I tried anal for the first time yesterday...

But afterwards I wiped myself with a tissue like I usually do and there (tmi) was light brown like 💩 mixed with my period and I felt kinda embarrassed. Is this normal? Does 💩 usually come out a little? Or do people who do this normally douche beforehand? Or do you not eat before? Thanks in advance lol porn makes it look so simple.
