Complete placenta previa

Any ladies on here been diagnosed with complete placenta previa posterior ? I'm got diagnosed at 12 weeks an now 31+3 last week had a lil bleed nothing major but I over done it in walking an up a hill. It landed me in hospital but soon stopped that same day an have not had any since thank goodness . Had a ultrasound done in there an it's still complete but could not see any bleeding which is good an baby is dong great weighing in at 3lbs8oz . Anyone else have bleeds if so when was your scheduled c-section ?
