STRESSED & DEPRESSED

I am a first time mom, so when my baby gets sick i kind of panic. Pls read story..

In our city, covid cases just keeps on rising. My mother in law works in a hospital under OPD, she did say that there are no patients there since all patients will be sent automatically to the emergency room. We live beside her, different house but she brings us food, buys our groceries and and all that since she doesnt want us to go out since its risky.

My baby is 1yr old and 1mo. He already has teeth, 4 on top and 3 bottom. He cried a lot yesterday, when i checked his temp it was 38.3 so we gave him tempra which was what he have, he threw it up. I had my partner buy calpol, koolfever and supppsitory. I gave him cold compress for the mean time and his temp went down to 38 then we let him rest. We then fed him when he woke up, i gave him calpol and did cold compress again, his temp went down to 37.1 mind you, he is also drooling so we are thinking it could also be teething but we are not sure. 4hrs after that, i gave him calpol before he went to bed at 8. Now at 11.30 i woke up because i felt him hot again but i dont know how to help him and not wake him up at the same time. Between 12 to 1, he woke up. So i gave him calpol bcos it seems calpol was effective on lowering his temp down. However he threw up again with the milk that we just gave him. So we decided to have the suppository. I still did cold compress. He was still hot but his temp was 37.9 i checked it again and it was 38. He havent had any rest. We were all awake until 5am. He just fell asleep. I took his temp it was 37.8 I am so paranoid with this pandemic but this might also be just teething. I am so stressed. I want him to be check but it is not possible with whats going on in the world right now.

PS. We cannot have him check with a doctor or in the hospital bcos in our are once yoi have fever, you will automatically be admitted to the hospital where they will isolate my son from us. That cannot happen, my son needs me. So i need your advices mommies. Is this just teething or what
