Young moms

Is anyone else pretty young with 3 kids? My SO and I are doing great, job wise, house wise, I'm 21 and he's 23. We've been together since we were young, I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old and just found out my BC failed me. I'm having a hard time getting excited, I need encouraging words or SOMETHING. 3 kids and I'm not even 25 yet, I'm freaking out a little. I know we'll be good but dang I wanted a break.
