Freckles?

Are these the beginning of my baby getting freckles? Does anyone have babies with freckles that looked like this? I LOVE freckles so maybe it’s wishful thinking lol...No one in our family that I know of has them. The one under his eye has been there since birth, and the other one popped up in the last few days... he will be 4 months on the 14th. He also has reddish hair.

His Dad is Native American and black... I am Iranian, Turkish, Irish and Native American.
