Are gray dinosaurs gender neutral?

So my husband and I got into a heated debate (probably a bit of stubbornness and pregnancy hormones on my end, nonetheless,) it was on whether or not dinosaurs are gender neutral (for a nursery). I wanted to do a nursery with gray and white dinosaurs. He says it’s too masculine unless they are colored pink or purple (I like neither I’m a hardcore lover of blues and greens). He also thinks green is a boy’s color and yellow is a girl’s color 🙄. Gray and white are always gender neutral for clothes so why not for dinos? So I guess I’m wondering not who is right in this situation but is a gray and white dinosaur nursery gender neutral?
