Please someone comment and help me my anxiety is so bad
I’ve been on a weight loss journey since February and I still eat the same things just in moderation. I work out 6 times a week as well. I haven’t had any problems with sleeping until this week. Every single night I wake up between 2-5am and can’t go back to sleep. I’m really worried. I’m on the pill and use condoms but could this be a symptom of pregnancy?? I’m so scared. Someone please help
