Prenatals for Men&Women

So myself and my other half have finally decided we are ready for the next stage of the journey which is to try for our first baby. After alot of research we have finally decided on (Zita West - vitamen fertility) he will also be taking folic acid as will i, along with ( VitalDHA) & high strength (CoQ10)

Cant believe we are finally ready in a few months to start trying!!

Has anyone else had any good things happen from this brand??
