Screen positive for Down syndrome

Hello. I am currently waiting on my NIPT results ( ahhhh!) I had my first trimester screening done three days ago and the ultrasound was fine. The doctor said things looked great so I was very surprised and terrified when I received a call later saying baby was at 1:13 odds of Down syndrome. I was however cleared of concern for the other trisomies, which is amazing. My numbers were:

Nt- 2.5

Crl- 46

Hcg-199.81 (1.83 MOM)

PAPP-.40 (.70 MOM)

I am also 32 years old. If you have any insight or experience I would greatly appreciate it
