Clogged duct?

Ladies, I need help!!! I’m a FTM and I think I may have a clogged duct? I don’t know for sure since this is all new to me so I’m hoping someone can help me out. 
I am exclusively pumping, I pump every 3-4 hours and get about 4oz each time. My baby is 3.5 weeks old.
My left breast is my week one since I typically get less milk on that side. Today I feel a little lump on the left boob, pretty high up and close to the armpit. It’s super sore and feels bruise. I tried to massage it but it hurts quite a bit. Is this a clogged duct? And if yes, what do I do to fix it?? Thank you!!!

Have you tried to put a warm compress then massage them? It’ll hurt but has to be done to help relieve the pain

Sounds like it! I take long showers and let the water hit the area, then message it out.
If you EP I would invest in a haakaa and Epsom salt. If you put some salt in the haakaa and submerge your nipple it usually sucks the clog out in a matter of minutes!

Massage it every time you breastfeed or pump.  I've had a few of those in the area you're describing.  Takes about 2 days of hot compresses and massaging to get it cleared.  Lecithin can help too. Honestly though breastfeeding helps to clear these the fastest.

Yes! I got them up in my armpits a lot. So what I did is get a big bowl of water, as hot as you can stand. Even just fill the sink or tub. Lean over and drop your boobs into the water and massage them. Try to get the lump in the water as well and massage it, even if it hurts. Try hand expressing as well into the water. This always worked for me!

Take 3-4 sunflower lecithin vitamins each day! They are miracle workers

If you nurse at all I would put your baby on. Hold like a football with their nose towards where the pain is. (Sounds crazy but it works Immediately!!!!) My Dr always told me "feed towards the pain" and it worked!!!
