PCOS and pregnancy ?

I was diagnosed with PCOS about two years ago. Ive been on the fence about having a baby since, but im starting to get to that point where i do want another one. My husband and i have sex like two to three times a week without protection and its been like that since before i was diagnosed. So far ive had no luck... so how can i get pregnant? I honestly havent taken care of my diet since and ive gained a good amount of weight but that weight has been consistent since i was diagnosed. What can i do to get pregnant? I want my daughter to have a sibling....
