Condom fell off inside me

Me and my husband have 2 kids I recently gave birth on January 24 and my daughter is 3 months old now . Here’s the problem I blead for 3 months straight no in between went to the doctors ruled out nothing was wrong so they finally gave me some pills to make me stop bleeding currently still taking them . Last night we had sex and my husband came inside me and when he pulled out the condom was inside of me . I don’t want anymore children right now and it was an accident but I’m freaking out because I don’t know where I’m at in my cycle because I have yet to have a normal one . I’m not exactly sure where to post this
