Safer self choking?
So I'm a huge fan of choking. Not cutting off my air way but cutting off my blood supply. I could be no where in the mood but one hand around my throat like that has my eyes rolling back and my knees weak. Obviously that can't happen cus im single and this is a quarantine so I'm stuck doing it myself whenever I'm in the mood but I wanted to ask if there is a safe way to do it? Usually I just do it a little so I dont hurt myself or leave marks (I'm stuck with my family) but in the last month for some reason I've been really rough with it and have almost passed out once or twice from doing it too long. It feels fantastic and the sensation only gets better the longer I go for but I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself. Is there a way to safely do this?
