What does this mean ?

Im currently unemployed due to the virus. I applied for unemployment but they’re asking me this question : Have you timely received your final paycheck since being separated from your last employer?

("Timely" means that you received your paycheck on or before the next scheduled pay date or 15 days from the date of termination.) Are they asking if I got my last check my last employer on time ?
