All of a sudden getting car sick?

My daughter is 10 1/2 months. I switched from the Chicco Keyfit infant seat to a Graco Extend2fit a month or 2 ago. Now mind you we haven’t been a whole lot of places in the last month. But 3-4 times now, she has thrown up. A lot. It hasn’t been every single ride, but most. She didn’t do this in her infant seat. And her infant seat was behind me RF and she was always looking out the window. Now, she’s in the middle still RF, you’d think it would be better than by the window but now she’s getting sick?? Could it be an adjustment? The incline is where it should be for her weight but I’m going to check again. I feel so bad and not sure what to do?😔
