Abdomen tensing?
I can be doing anything: having sex, making out, a hand a little high up on the thigh, and my abdomen will twitch. Even a passing sexual thought about my boyfriend can cause it to happen.
I think in the beginning it only happened after sex a few times, but now I can’t even kiss him without noticeably twitching.
