Sore throat cause of head?

Hey recently I’ve giving my boyfriend head and swallowed and next thing I know I’m coughing up a tonsil stone and my throat was hurting a lil before that. Today gave head (yes I deep throat) my throat is hurting again. Idk if it’s something I should be worried about.

I have issues with sore, red throat with new partners at the beginning. Feels like tonsillitis. I think it’s the semen. It’s like I’m allergic. I’ve only had two partners, but I’ve had the same reaction to both at beginning and then it goes away and I’m fine. It’s weird.
