How low can baby reach?

I’m 34 weeks and out of nowhere on the top right of my vagina like just underneath my pubic bone it feels swollen. Like the baby can’t reach that low right? Maybe he’s pushing on something that’s making it seem swollen like maybe if my fibroid is there? It’s so weird!

I've been feeling like if baby is punching it's way out my vag. Today I went to get my 32 week ultrasound. Turns out her head is as low as it can get. The ultrasound tech had the device they use to rub your tummy for ultrasound as low as she could go. I've been scared my water will break because of all these sharp pains that shoot right toward the baby door lol. I'm not even sure if that's a symptom but it feel like it would lol.

Honestly one time it felt like my baby was kicking on the outside of my vagina 😂 obviously I know that’s not possible, but it makes me think they can get pretty low! Or at least it feels that way

Im having the same soreness down there and im 34 weeks. The doctor told me its normal from pressure of the baby and extra blood flow and it could be varicose veins down there 😓
