My hip popped
I stepped into the shower and slipped and my hip popped and since then its been hurting pretty badly. From my hip to my knee.
My hips popped when my other kids were about to be born and I couldn't walk for a couple days but I gave birth shortly after. (Like within a week if I remember righh) but I also didn't slip when they did it. It happened randomly.
If it still hurts tomorrow then ill be calling my doc but I have an appt Friday.
