Heartbroken 💔💔💔

So my partner and I have been ttc since November and every month I get a big fat negative and it’s starting to take its toll. Well this morning I’ve woken up and my partner has said to me “hey wasn’t your period supposed to start on Tuesday” and thinking about it, it was due Monday so we talked about it and decided to take a test and it was negative. Is there anyway I could still be very early pregnant. I’m so heartbroken that it’s another negative
