33 weeks pregnant Stomach Flu!

I woke up this morning at 6am with the worst Pains ever. I think I might have the stomach flu. TMI I've been throwing up and using the restroom very very frequently. Baby hasn't stopped moving. I'm cold but hot at the same time. My stomach hurts so bad. I have the appetite for nothing! Other than fruit. What should I do ? What can I take ? What can I do 😭 I'm miserable. Help. I'm extremely tired I haven't been able to fall back to sleep.
