Frustrated single parent

I feel like the worst parent because a lot of the time I don’t have patience for my son.

We are stuck in quarantine and I don’t get breaks because has a half ass dad, yea yea I should have known better etc but that’s besides the point.

He is at an age where he is talking nonstop and constantly needs attention.

I love my 4 year old to death but I am in dire need of alone time, I don’t want to take my frustrations out on him because I’m at that point.

I’m sick of all the fucking perfect parents that act like they don’t get frustrated with their kids.

Please anyone out there can you please give me advice on how to exercise patience with my kid so I don’t traumatize him and ruin his childhood, I want him to have good days even when I’m having shitty one.
