Mirena IUD

So I just have some questions for anyone who has had the Mirena IUD.. I had mine for almost 2 years. We had it removed on 3/13/2020 the first day of my normal AF. It lasted about 5-6 days which is normal and then went away. Following month AF came 4/9/2020 very very heavy, lasted about 6-7 days and went away. We have been trying to conceive since the removal but nothing so far. How long did it take after removal for anyone whose had it removed to conceive? I’m wondering will this be a forever thing and is my worse fears realized that I messed something up getting birth control put in.
