Contractions and when to go in officially?

I know I post on here a lot lately but when should I really head to labor and delivery? Today I feel like my contractions are painful and feel so much pressure and pain down there when I get them. Idk if I should go in to labor and delivery or not I’ve getting them so much but been trying to hold off from going in... ob said if I get them again like this to go in and that it doesn’t hurt to get checked out. But idk. And I feel like every time I even mention to my fiancé he doesn’t seem to care. And btw I have 3 kids already that’s the main reason I really don’t want to go in.
