Healthy foods while pregnant
I’m 23 weeks and this whole pregnancy ive been craving sugary crappy food. I’m halfway through already I realized I need to eat more healthier (even tho its hard to not ester cravings😅) but I’m always out of breathe and I know it’s normal but I think it’s more also cause I eat sugar and salty food. Now I just really wanna know what are some really healthy foods I should start eating?
