Does this sound like a UTI?

Hi ladies. So I’m slightly confused with what’s going on. Since earlier in the week I have had crazy urges and needs to pee all the time. And it does have a burning sensation as well. I have been having lower back pain, like crazy sharp cramping right above my pant line. I also began to see blood last night, however it stopped by this morning. I haven’t started my period yet, and am not supposed to until Wednesday. I’m typically pretty regular and don’t have these symptoms typically in my cycle. If anyone has any insight or experienced the same thing I would love to listen! Thank you in advance🤗
