Yeast infection? help!

So I’ve been really itchy down there like on the outer lip part and I called a doctor since everything is closed and they told me to just use over the counter stuff. I did a 3 day treatment and the itchiness had gone down and was almost gone a few days after and I had sex, it’s now starting to get itchy again and I’m not sure what to do. I would’ve gone to see a doctor but I can’t bc of the virus. I did the treatment a little over a week ago. Can someone help and give me some advice please? Also I’ve never had a yeast infection before
