Plans as things start to open back up

Brooke • Hi my name is Brooke and I'm 27 years old. My husband and I have been trying to conceive our first child for a few months now. We are just trying to enjoy the journey and praying it happens soon!

Obviously I know this is different for everyone as some states aren’t opening back up yet, but

If you are in a state starting to open back up what are you planning to do? My doctor has still maintained that I stay home as much as possible and definitely wear a mask if I do have to go anywhere. I just have so many friends and family that are basically done with social distancing as long as it’s less than 10 people since my state is in a phase one stage right now, but aren’t restricting where they go with their kids and things like that so I’m starting to feel the weight of that pressure. I know mine and my family’s safety is the number one priority I should have and my husband feels the same as I do about continuing to stay home, but it’s hard feeling like everyone is looking at you like your some fear obsessed, paranoid person. Our state just opened up Friday though and I know cases are going to increase and don’t want to jeopardize myself, my toddler, or the baby. Maybe I just needed to vent some, but I am curious as to what other pregnant mamas are doing!

And a special thank you to all of you still going to work as essential workers!! You are all hero’s in my book and I appreciate you!!
