Does planned parenthood help with vaginal problems?

I’m having excessive bleeding and spotting while not on my period, I’m not on birth control, would planned parenthood be able to help with something like that? There’s no urgent care in my town that takes my insurance (I live in a smaller town that’s pretty rural) but there’s a planned parenthood like an hour away that can take my insurance, I can do a Telehealth online appointment, would they be able to help do you think?
