Partner is like an extra child!

I'm so fed up with my partner having to be constantly nagged to do things that should come as common sense. For example cutting up raw chicken and not cleaning the surface afterwards .

Anyway hes had a runny nose and sneezing for a couple of days (no other symptoms) but to be on the safe side I said to him be extra vigilant about hand washing and binning tissues etc. Yesterday i had to tell him to 1)not leave his used tissues on the sofa 2) wash his hands after sneezing into them 3) stop touching his nose with his hands. At least 3 times he needed reminding. I feel like he needs babysat.

This morning I asked him to wash the cats food bowl as i was going to get shopping. When i got back the food dish is in the kitchen sink overflowing with water and our dish sponge that we wash pans etc with is in there covered in old cat food!! I said to him there's cat food all over the sponge could you not have moved it?! He ignored me and walked away. Now hes in a mood that i had to tell him that. Hes 37 years old. I already have 3 kids I dont need another!
