🤰🏻Almost 24 weeks! Baby girl is the size of a grapefruit and weighs 1lb. I had my anatomy scan the other day and she was movin and groovin ~ the technician said she’s really photogenic! 😜 It’s wild I only have 3 more months before she arrives. It’s also wild what the female body goes through to bring life into this world. In awe of it all. And committing to stay strong in my pregnancy with more @melissawoodhealth prenatal workouts in addition to my walks 🤍 After all, I do have quite a lot of time to workout - so, no excuses!
