My daughter 😭

I am feeling soooo defeated. Our bright, spunky, sweet August baby basically hates Everything now. This is pretty recent but little things gradually I have noticed: About the 2.5 mark she hates almost all of her clothes except certain ones like her paw patrol tee shirt or socks only with the rainbow on them. I have to convince her to wear anything except her fab 4- before I could pretty much have her wear any outfit.

Brushing her teeth sounds like we are water torturing her. We had a ‘warning’ last dentist apt. to brush more- problem is she doesn’t brush on her own she will just hold the toothbrush to her mouth for 2 seconds. So we have to ‘pin’ her on the bed to get a good brush... it’s the only way- we can do it twice a week without feeling like total A-holes. She will cry a good 10 min afterward. It kills me.

Potty training- she is ‘scared’ of the potty. Every time I ask her to try it she says she is too scared. However she will walk out onto our patio, pop a squat and pee in her diaper. Basically crouching like she’s going potty but there is no potty there. I don’t get why she won’t just squat down like that in her potty?

Food- she ‘Doesn’t want it.’ Doesn’t want berries, cereal, chicken, basically stuff other kids would like? She likes cookies tho 🍪 smh.

Yes there’s good fun moments but I’m worried her lack of progression/aversion to basic things.
