Okay so me and my bf has oral sex and my clit area got really swollen and it hurted so the next day it was still hurting and now I have like a itchy feeling yeast infection maybe ?

Sucking too hard (or biting) can cause your clit  swell up from irritation. Hard sex or masturbation can do the same. And when it goes down and the skin starts to heal, it can itch.
While it is not impossible to get yeast under your clitoral hood, is is much more common to have it start as a vaginal yeast infection.
You can use Monistat to treat it. Even if it is not a yeast infection, it will not do any harm.
