Faint and dizzy what can I do this time

My last pregnancy was hell. I worked and I had to leave almost everyday in third trimester. I would get to work and get hot, then faint and dizzy to where I almost pass out but someone was always there so that I didn’t. I found out it was because I would just wake up and not eat and put so much work on my body. I go to work at 7am and break time is at 9am so I always tried to wait but never could so I had to eat a small meal and drink water before doing ANYTHING. this time around I’m pregnant with number 2 and so scared of the same thing happening again. anyone else been through this? What helped and what foods are good to snack on or eat in the morning just to get the day started?
