Signs of PCOS? Advice from people who have PCOS

This seems like a stupid question but I'm worried I'm not ovulating and maybe I have PCOS without ever being checked? It sounds even more stupid because I don't really have symptoms of it but basically what I want to know is the signs of PCOS? Yes, I can Google it but I'd rather hear it from people who actually have it.

I have regular periods, I have a 24 day cycle which is shorter than average (i think), I don't have any pain at all with my periods. I do have quite heavy periods though.

I'm just worried as I have only used opk this month for the first time and have only got a faint positive.

Please no hate, I may just be overthinking.
