Gender Disappointment?

Has anyone had it?
I feel guilty. 
I was told today that I'm high risk, because I got pregnant so soon after having a baby...
And that's giving me a lot of anxiety as it is, I didn't think the gender of the baby was gonna upset me as much as it did. Especially being there's other things to worry about. 
Anyone else? I'm taking everything about today kinda rough.

My last pregnancy i was disappointed with the gender. I said all I wanted was a healthy baby because I previously had 3 losses at 23 weeks, 13 weeks and 6 weeks. But in my heart I wanted a girl, because the baby I lost at 23 weeks was a girl. When I found out i was having a boy it hurt more than Id like to admit, but now my boy is 10 months old and I cant imagine him having been a girl. 
However im also 7 months pregnant with a girl so that does help a bit lol.

Gender Disappointment is very real.  I have a little boy who’s almost 2.5... when we got pregnant again I had it set in my head that it was a girl. I said I was ok with another little boy, I wanted my son to have a brother... but mostly wanted a healthy baby. 
But when the doctor told me it was a boy, I cried when I hung up the phone. I cried for a while. Then I cried because I felt bad for crying about it.
It’s been a few weeks and I’m coming to terms with having two boys... I know it will be great, but I still have the days when I mourn the loss of the little girl I thought I was going to have.

Gender disappointment is a real thing and it’s not anything to feel guilty about it!!! Just hang in there.  🙏🏻

I am devastated by the gender of my third, and last, baby too. I already have 2 boys and just found out I’m having another. I really wanted a girl and now I never will. I’m grieving for all the things I’ll miss out on like all the clothes and pink stuff (I’m a girly girl). Even later in life I’ll never get to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter and grandchildren won’t be the same. No matter how close a relationship you have with a daughter in law it’s never the same as if it was your own. 
I am so much more upset than I thought I would be that I’m regretting having a third baby now. 
I’ve been through so much trying to have babies too that it makes the blow just that little but harder. I’ve had a stillbirth, infant death, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, pregnancy depression, gestational diabetes, shortened cervix, pre eclampsia, retained placenta and almost bled out. I just really wanted 1 thing to go my way. I know I sound really ungrateful and a healthy baby is always what you want but seriously I just wanted this 1 thing and I’m allowed to be upset by it😓

it’s real and 100% okay. i want a boy so so bad but have told myself i’m having a girl so it doesn’t hurt as bad if i do 💛💛 sending love your way

It’s real and it’s okay! have 3 girls, husband and I both were a little upset. We love our girls and were absolutely meant to have them! 
My husband also didn’t want anymore, but after a while he decided a 4th baby wouldn’t be so bad after all!

I feel you.  I wanted another girl so bad and am having a boy.  I love him so much already but can’t help but feel so bummed 🙁
