I've been having this. It's not painful for me. It feels like my baby is pushing on my belly button and then releases. I'm not totally committed to calling them BH. I'm waiting for cramming, back paining, something to take my breath away before I worry about being in labor. I suppose if these sensations ever have a pattern, I'll maybe pay attention, but for now it doesn't seem like anything to be excited about.

This has happened to me twice. Pains were so bad I went to the hospital. Both times I was sent home 😭😭😭. Make sure you’re WELL hydrated. Try walking and different positions to see if they stop. I’m currently leaning over a chair as that’s the only relief I’ve had in over 24hrs.
