Weaning 18 month old off bottles, help!

My 18 month old wakes 3/4 times a night for a bottle of milk, as soon as I give her a bottle she drinks it and goes right back to sleep. I’ve been trying my hardest to break this bad habit. I got the advice to water down her bottle slowly and the more watered down it is the less she’ll want the bottle... well instead my kid just wakes up more! She now wakes up 5/6 times for more bottles!! I really need help, I’m running out of ideas and I need sleep!
