Severe morning cramps?
So I'm about 5 weeks now and I feel like instead of morning sickness I'm getting intense morning cramps (no bleeding) that make me nauseous and almost unable to function until they pass. This is my first pregnancy so I don't know if this is just what morning sickness is or if it's normal at all. Everything I've read says cramping without bleeding is fine but I still want opinions! Thank you!
