Working With The Public
If you currently do or in the past have worked with the public, what are some ways you don’t let rude people bother you? Normally I have a lot of nice, friendly customers but unfortunately sometimes I get customers who are not so nice. I often let it ruin my day or even week. How do I get in the right headspace to handle it? How do I not care what they say?
