Pepcid?
I usually take the 20 mg Pepcid extra strength but it’s been so hard lately finding it in the stores I’ve only came across the 10 mg one but it says not to exceed 2 in 24 hours but would I be okay to take 2 to make it as if I was taking the 20 mg dose like I usually do
