Ovulation Sickness

After my second baby, our dd, I started getting sick a lot. Vomiting, diarrhea. I get hot and cold flashes. Always the day or two before ovulating and AF.

It has led to anxiety attacks the sickness is so bad. I also get abdominal pain that feel like labor it is so painful. For hours I can only puke, cry and scream in pain.

Due to COVID we haven't been able to get me seen by a doctor.

Wondering if anyone has similar symptoms and figured out what was happened and how to help? It is debilitating and it is starting to really negatively affect my life. If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks if you read this all 💜
