Big chop curly hair?

Question

Ive been transitioning my natural hair from a japanse straightening perm for almost two years now (my hair grows very slowly). I have an urge to just chop it all off. I have sebborheic dermatitis on my scalp, so i do have to wash ny hair with medicated shampoo wuite frequently. Maybe its easier to take care of my scalp with short hair??? But at the same time, is it harder to style my hair? Please share your thoughts

I’ve suffered from HORRIBLE heat damage . And a chop was so necessary. Definitely do it because your hair can not grow from the dead ends of your hair - plus you won’t be able to have it healthy and curly if you keep the heat damage still . Chop it ! Styling won’t be hard all you need to do is take care of the curls and that’s the style itself ❤️!

I chopped off all my hair and had it that way for 4 years, i just recently grew it back. I honestly don’t regret anything it felt so amazing I just buzzed it all off. It dried right out of the shower my scalp is sensitive to but cutting my hair off made it hurt less.
