Sleeping troubles

For about two weeks straight now, I have been waking up about 3-4 times during the night. I have tried Melatonin but even with a good dose, I will wake up about 3 times. I was wondering if anyone had any other helpful tips for a full nights sleep? I used to sleep through the night just fine. I’m not sure how much of it is stress related... I’m not usually stressed too much for it to cause me to lose sleep. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
