When to count your 2 week wait.

Hello ladies. I have a question for all of you.

As you know a day or two before you “ovulate” is very high chance of getting pregnant and then “ovulation” which is a medium chance of getting pregnant.

My question is if you have sex on the day before when it’s the highest do you count your 2 week wait for then or from when you technically ovulate? Because if got off of when we had sex I’d be 12dpo with a still negative test, but if I go off of the ovulation day glow predicted (which is know is not always accurate) is only be 7dpo..

idk which to follow tbh. Help. Lol
