Cant get off from alcohol?

anyone else experienced this. I was wondering of anyone experiences numbness in their vaginal area when they drink. Not a tingling or anything but like less sensitivity. Dude was going down on me and at some points it was really nice but I thought it would feel much better. It was actually my first time letting him go down so maybe it was also nerves because I was feeling very vulnerable but I just thought the sensations would be stronger and it wasnt. I'm wondering if it was because of the alcohol that it wasnt so intense because I'm usually really sensitive. And I dont doubt his skills because he definitely has experience and knew what he was doing. I'm just wondering if anyone else had this happen to them.
