Single bump on labia

I have a single bump on my labia. I have a doctors appointment already planned. I’ve been tested before but I’m nervous because I just started dating someone new. The bump does not have a cauliflower like head or something. It cannot be popped and has been there for three days.

Any ideas? Single bumps don’t normally start out as STI or STDs?
