Short periods.

I noticed that lately my periods are a lot shorter. This post is not meant as a complaint.

Just curious if anyone else experience years of long heavy periods and then all of a sudden shorter and "lighter"?

My periods used to last a week or longer wirh extreme cramps. Lately it comes on suddenly with no warning. Lasts only 2 days with medium/heavy-ish bleeding and then it stops. Afterwards I have light pinkish spotting for a day. Don't even need a liner light.

I am in my early 30's so I'm not new to periods and my daughter is almost 2. And no major change in weight or diet.

Has anyone else experienced a radical change in their cycles out of nowhere?
